When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days. Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
Can I return my order?
Yes if your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes orders can be canceled before they ship. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it for a refund once it arrives.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please email nyouofficialcompany@gmail.com within 24 hours to correct your address. After 24 hours, we cannot make changes, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses.
